Shari McGee

Director

In addition to being a part-time animal rescuer, Shari McGee is a full-time management expert who is instrumental in helping support Dignari’s growing federal portfolio as a Director.

Shari’s expertise in Program Management spans nearly 25 years and includes several enterprise roles for a Fortune 100 company. She is passionate about client success and technology, with an extensive background overseeing Smart Card and HSPD-12 programs.

Before her career journey led her down the Program Management and business process improvement road, Shari spent time at the Pentagon post-9/11 working for the Command Communication Survivability Program, which evolved into First Responder training and ultimately led to her immersion in the world of Capability Maturity Model Integration.

In addition to her CMMI expertise, Shari brings a background in security documentation requirements and training associated with major identity management and technology programs, affording Dignari’s clients a thorough understanding of best practices for managing complex programs.

When Shari isn’t helping implement process improvements and optimize business operations, she spends time with her two grown sons, their wives, and her husband in Virginia. She also raves about having the best cul de sac neighbors and enjoys participating in church activities (and rescuing all animals).
