As a retired federal agent with 25+ years of delivering mission-critical results at the tactical, operational, and strategic levels within the Department of Homeland Security, Tom brings a well-rounded depth and breadth of expertise to Dignari’s clients.

Tom knows the importance of coalition building and has done so across multiple components and departments over the years to achieve significant operational and administrative results. Tom’s deep knowledge of border security and law enforcement operations, intelligence, transnational criminal organizations, policy development, and labor negotiations enables him to provide insights valued by executives and cross-functional teams.

As a Director for Dignari, Tom provides excellent client delivery, strategic advice, and perspective to C-Suite leadership while enhancing relationships and partnerships between Industry and Government. He leads numerous geographically dispersed teams while managing multiple prime and sub-contracts supporting several U.S. Customs and Border Protection components.

Tom loves spending time with his wife and two sons outside of work. He enjoys listening to jazz music, playing chess, collecting vintage sports cards, smoking cigars, and pondering if his beloved New York Jets will ever win a Super Bowl in his lifetime.
