As a long-tenured PMP Certified Program Manager, Andy Wilson’s experience runs deep in the technology arena, where he specializes in managing multi-faceted teams in the execution and delivery of complex programs.

Andy’s leadership experience in emerging technologies and program management includes designing, developing, and deploying projects across the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. With a mindset geared toward continual learning and development, Andy is well versed in SAFe 5 Lean portfolio management and Agile methodologies.  

As Director, Andy has all the prerequisites to help Dignari’s clients transition to and implement agile processes for their enterprise solutions.  The solution is not just in the transition to Agile but rather the continuous delivery of a customer-centric solution aligned to Portfolio Management, where organizational stakeholders learn, develop, and grow together. 

There's more to Andy than just his focus on budgeting, forecasting, process improvement, and leveraging his Agile expertise. Currently residing in South Carolina, Andy spends his free time working on his golf game and a personal quest of breaking 90! Additionally, his dog, "Dude," is soon to be his only child as his daughter prepares to embark on her college journey in the Fall of 2023.
