Program Strategy and Execution
Work directly with clients to drive strategic growth and set both near term and long term roadmaps. You’ll help craft the plans necessary to deliver their mission. Roles on this team include program managers, project leads, business analysts, master schedulers, requirements specialists, and business process modelers.
Data Science and Analytics
Our data science team loves to dig into the details. As part of this team you’ll have the opportunity to expand your data skills including into areas of data engineering, data analytics, visualization, integrity, and reporting. You’ll work with client production data to bring insight and intelligence into their operations and to identify trends and opportunities. Team members include data scientists, data analysts, and data engineers.
Human-Centered Design
Help bring our client’s visions to life. We use service design principles and extensive interaction with developers and relevant stakeholders to design systems that deliver phenomenal UI/UX capabilities to the end user. Our designers take pride in usability and accessibility of technology and provide company-wide graphics design support.
Technology Delivery
At the root of all businesses are the systems that keep them operating. You’ll get the opportunity to design, develop, and deploy production systems for our clients. This includes all levels of service delivery and technology management. Roles include systems administrators, infrastructure engineers, database administrators, software developers, DevSecOps engineers, security and privacy specialists, and many more.
Emerging Technology Integration
Get exposed to some of our most forward leaning projects. We perform market research, create rapid prototypes, and pilot systems. We encourage learning new technology and push ourselves forward. Team roles include enterprise architects, solutions architects, full stack software developers, systems analysts, and data scientists.
Operations
A growing company needs great people to make sure the infrastructure can keep up with the growth. Our operations team is quick and nimble clearing the path for our delivery teams. You’ll have the opportunity to support various aspects of the business including talent management, employee engagement, recruiting, finance, business development, contracts, and information technology infrastructure.
