Subject Matter Experts

Leadership and Program Management


Candidates with proven experience leading or managing the implementation of large technical integration programs both from a government or private industry perspective. Candidates must demonstrate experience leading successful implementations.



Candidates with proven experience developing and implementing security solutions in the identity management, biometrics, risk-based screening and data analytics fields. Experts will be expected to advise on best practices and tools, and will be required to assist government program and project managers with developing requirements to support their mission needs.

Emerging Technologists

Senior and Mid-Level Developers


Candidates should have full stack development experience with diverse set of tools and technologies.  Experience mentoring mid and/or junior developers on design patterns, development best practices and DevOps. Understanding of emerging web and mobile development models. Experience with cloud architecture and cloud solution delivery, especially AWS.  Experience with agile development (scrum/kanban) and use of associated tools.  Diverse programming language/framework experience/interest - Angular, Node, React, Java, C#, Spring Boot, .NET Core, Python, Javascript, Typescript.  Experience with containerization and orchestration tools, especially Docker.  Understanding/curious about emerging technology trends such as microservices, containerization, serverless, cloud, IoT, blockchain.  Minimum years of experience: Senior: 5-7, Mid: 3-5.
