Where do you live and where do you grow up?

I currently reside in West Virginia, but I am from and grew up in the great state of Mississippi.

When did you join Dignari?

January 2023.

What drew you to work at Dignari? Is there a cultural attribute that you think makes Dignari unique?

What drew me to Dignari was the fact that I was attracted to and interested in working for a smaller but growing company. I wanted an opportunity to both apply and enhance what I’ve learned throughout my career and be able to not only showcase it but also teach and train others. Yes, Dignari is culturally diverse and unique, which is also a positive plus!

What do you love about your job?

I love that I have been allowed to develop and grow professionally and personally. I can apply my current experience, skillsets, and knowledge while gaining new skills and experiences. I also love the fact that I work alongside brilliant and hard-working co-workers with unique and diverse backgrounds.

What would you do (for a career) if you weren’t doing this?

Something within the music entertainment industry: executive producing, directing, composer of songs, and/or songwriting.

What do you like doing when you aren’t working?

Spending quality family time.

What’s a fun fact about you that many people may not know?

I am a financial member of Omega Psi Phi Incorporated.

Where’s your favorite place in the world?

It used to be my grandparents' house.

What is on your bucket list?

Retirement and traveling to at least 3 or 4 out of the seven continents.

Do you have a motto or personal mantra?

Nothing beats failure, but a try. Whether you fail or not what matters is that you made an attempt and tried.

LinkedIn is the only social media platform for which I have an account and profile. I created the profile and account on LinkedIn after joining Dignari.
