Jessi Ghanipour

Jessi Ghanipour knows the world is small, and the beltway is smaller, which is why she leads everyday with honesty and integrity, and embraces the golden rule in every aspect of her professional and personal life. 

As Vice President of Client Delivery, Jessi brings over 20 years of experience working in federal and commercial markets, specializing in technology modernization, strategic planning, and enhancing collaboration.  While she brings experience working with many federal agencies, she has focused primarily on DHS the past 15 years, specifically the immigration and law enforcement components.  

Jessi grew up in the Washington, D.C. area and, as a proud Virginia Tech graduate, knows the reason that the leaves turn orange and maroon in the fall! In addition to cheering on the Hokies, she can be found spending time with her daughters, husband, and two gigantic dogs. Jessi loves the opportunity to encourage leadership development in young women and girls and volunteers as her daughter’s girl scout troop leader. Jessi is passionate about plant-based nutrition and an avid baker, demonstrating that being healthy and delicious go hand in hand.
