Celia de la Torre sees the value in people, which is why she enjoys her job so much! It is her belief that people are the most important asset to any organization.

Over the last 15 plus years, Celia has specialized in helping organizations move forward by providing human resource strategy development and tactical execution. Celia provides support through her expertise in human resource and compensation management. Her wide range of experience allows her to help clients see how the human resource function fits within the organization.

Some of her areas of focus include human resource department assessments, recruiting and selection, employee handbook and policy development and compensation analysis. She provides practical advice on how to create a human resource function to support the mission and vision of an organization. Celia appreciates Dignari’s dedication to the community and recognizes their care and concern for employees.

Celia is an active member of the Human Resources Leadership Forum and the Society for Human Resource Management. Celia is not all work and no play – she loves to travel and plan for the next adventure. In addition to traveling, she is very active in her kids’ school community. She's on the PTA board and coaching her daughter's Girls on the Run team.
