John Aranha

Enterprise Architect, Emerging Technology Programs

John Aranha has always been very interested in new and emerging technologies and finds it very rewarding to apply them to solve problems that our clients are facing now.

As an Enterprise Architect, he brings a long and varied background to his role that includes building embedded systems for electronic financial transactions, designing business applications for the petroleum industry, and standing up an award-winning credentialing system in support of the Federal government’s Homeland Security Presidential Directive (HSPD-12).

More recently John was the technical lead supporting DHS CBP and its use of Internet of Things (IoT) technology to securely manage distributed network components. For the USDA, he brings expert knowledge of enterprise systems and cloud architecture to help them modernize their critical Food Safety systems.

When he is not working, John enjoys getting outdoors and hiking the many trails in the Northern Virginia area, or trying his hand at cooking when stuck inside. John is also a passionate fan of Formula 1 racing (Ferrari of course!) and cricket.
